Since the arrival of CSS in Russia during 1988, the Russian business environment has changed and advanced dramatically.   New challenges and opportunities have arisen and the old tried and tested approaches can no longer supply the solutions and answers that are necessary in a fast changing business world.

An essential requirement of the modern business age is the urgent need to transfer information, training and knowledge within ones own organization and between business partners in a fast and cost effective manner.

Following intensive research and testing over the last year, CSS St. Petersburg have launched a new enterprise, CSSeTrain, to address these issues. CSSeTrain have partnered with world leaders Click2Learn and SkillSoft to bring their expertise, experience and knowledge to the Russian market.
